Zero to One Hundred is sold exclusively as a digital product (PDF), delivered instantly by download upon purchase.

No returns on digital products
Because your book is delivered immediately after payment, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once the download has started. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you want delivery to begin right away, and that you understand this means giving up your right to a cancellation period. 

European Union customers
Under EU consumer law, digital content delivered instantly — with your prior consent — is exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period. This is a lawful exception that applies to all digital goods, not something specific to us.

Problems with your order
